This position assists in gathering and organizing documents and recorded audio interviews with anti-capitalist activists and social movements in Mexico from the early 2000's. The duties can be flexible depending on the student's interests and capabilities. Spanish fluency or near-fluency is a must, but the position is perfect for a student interested in social change who would like more practice in reading, writing, and listening comprehension in Spanish or who is looking for an advanced research opportunity in Spanish. I am willing to help student carve out their own project for a thesis or course research project under the larger goals of the research. Hours are flexible depending on the students' interests and needs.
